Marshall Community Fund

The Marshall Community Fund (including the Sir Arthur Marshall Community Fund) makes grants to support small, local voluntary and community groups and organisations that are undertaking charitable work in Cambridgeshire. There is a special interest in supporting groups based around the Cambridge airport.

Funded projects


Willingham Youth Trust received £1,600 to run a coding club which provides the foundations of computer programming to 30 young people, 

Illuminate Charity CIO received £1,500 to create a new volunteer support group in North Cambridge with 6 people who have completed Confidence for Change courses. 

CamSight received £2,000 to provide a family day trip to Thorpe Park for at least 20 visually impaired children. 

Vision 4 Growth received £1,000 to deliver a 2 year project of blind and partially sighted tennis in Cambridge for 45 weeks per year. 

Home-Start Royston and South Cambridgeshire received £1,700 to provide a voluntary led early intervention home visiting service to support children with mental health issues. 

Road Victims Trust received £2,500 to contribute towards recruiting and training specialist counselling volunteers to support people bereaved through fatal road collisions.
