Helping you Give
Cambridgeshire Community Foundation provides exciting ways to support your philanthropy, efficient ways of enabling companies to connect with their communities and reliable, independent processes for the administration of public body grant programmes.
We help people, families, businesses, and public bodies to make donations (gifts or grants) to charitable projects of their choice or in their charitable areas of interest (e.g. donor may wish to focus their support on schemes to help disadvantaged children or environmental projects).
Click on the menu to see how we work with a range of people and organisations who all share a passion, interest or responsibility to help charitable work.
And if you kindly want to just make a donation to CCF....
Not all of our donors wish to set up a charitable fund with us. Some donors just help by offering one off sums or regular smaller amounts.
If you want to make an electronic transfer, donations can be made via our justgiving page but please note the fees that justgiving deduct. These fees (over 5%) are best avoided on larger donations so if you contact us direct so we can give you information on how to make the transfer direct without any deductions
Cheques (payable to Cambridgeshire Community Foundation) should be posted to Hangar One, The Airport, Newmarket Road, Cambridge, CB5 8TG. As a Registered Charity 1103314 we are able to increase the value of your gift by 25% if you confirm you are able to make your donation under "Gift Aid" and provide us with your name and address. A Gift Aid declaration form can be downloaded here
If you wish to set up regular donations please contact us so we can give you the Foundation’s bank details. If your employer operates a payroll giving scheme you might wish to use that as a tax efficient way to make regular donations
However you give, we are always pleased to have the opportunity to talk to those who support us so we can target how we apply their money to areas that are of interest. For example you may wish your donation to help the homeless, young carers, elderly people facing fuel poverty, or children living in families where finances are very tight so basic necessities are often missing. You may kindly allow your money to help us with our operational costs. Whatever your preference, if you make contact with us we can see how we can accommodate your interests.
