Aims of the Cambridgeshire Community Foundation

• Build permanent endowment funds that will provide the income for long term support to Cambridgeshire community and voluntary sector organisations
• Operate an efficient and supportive grant making service to local organisations
• Provide a comprehensive service to donors to help them give creatively and efficiently thus maximising the benefits of their donations
• Create an effective partnership between private, public, voluntary and community sectors to ensure the best possible use of resources
• Maximise the understanding of, and responding to, local needs
• Act as a catalyst for meeting changing needs
• Develop expertise in research, assessment and allocation of grants
