Grants of up to £3,000 for the financial year April 10 to Mar 11 are available to not for profit groups providing services or support to vulnerable adults in Cambridgeshire including:

• Adults who are vulnerable through old age, disability, or mental health issues
• Carers looking after those suffering long term illness
• People dealing with a traumatic event (such as bereavement, rape)
